Instructions

After seasoning the chicken with salt and Dalkin&Co Lemon Pepper, place it in a large bowl and mix it to integrate the flavours. After the flour has been added, continue to toss the mixture to ensure that it is equally coated. In a big skillet, bring the temperature up to medium-high. To the mixture, add one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of oil.

To cook the chicken, add half of it and fry it for two to three minutes on each side, or until it is golden brown and cooked through. Put the chicken in a separate bowl after removing it from the skillet. Sauté the remaining chicken with an additional tablespoon of oil and one tablespoon of butter. Add the remaining chicken to the pan. After the second batch has been cooked, remove it and put it all to the side.

Cook the pasta in accordance with the directions on the package. After reserving half a cup of the water from the pasta, drain the remaining water and place the pasta back into the pot. While scraping the bottom of the pan, add the white wine to the same skillet that you used to cook the chicken. This will accomplish the deglazing process.

Cook the wine for a duration of five minutes, ensuring that the alcohol is all removed and the liquid is reduced to around half a cup. Let the remaining butter melt before adding it to the mixture. After adding the garlic, continue to saute it for approximately thirty to sixty seconds until it becomes aromatic.

Put all of the chicken back into the pan, along with the lemon zest and juice, parsley, and chives, and mix in order to blend everything. If necessary, add additional Dalkin & Co. Lemon Pepper spice and salt to taste before adding it to the dish.

Combine the chicken mixture with the pasta and parmesan cheese, then toss to combine. If you want it to be a little bit more saucy, you can add the pasta water that you had reserved. Check the flavour, and if necessary, add more salt or lemon. Deliver.
