  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle hot sauce
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

Put the pork shoulder in the crock pot. Cut the garlic into small pieces and put them in the slow cooker. I rubbed the garlic into the meat to make it taste even better, but you could just throw them in.

 

Add salt, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, oregano, cinnamon, and cayenne to the meat. Add spices to the pork and rub it in.

Put in salsa, beer, orange juice, lime juice, and lime juice. Put the lid on top and set the heat to low for 8 hours.
